A recent civil rights case originally filed in the US Eastern District Court, by the Hulbert Law Firm on behalf of five plaintiffs alleges they were subjected to unreasonable searches, seizures, taking of property, and due process violations. The petition goes on to allege retaliation by the defendants for reporting judicial corruption.
